RETURN POLICY
At Dilano Home, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our marble home décor products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
– Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Products must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
– Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
– Custom-made or final sale items cannot be returned.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
A. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or Whatsapp within 7 days of receiving your order.
B. Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
C. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
D. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
E. Ship the product back to us at the address provided.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refunds
– Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, after verifying the issue.
5. Important Notes
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
– Dilano Home is not liable for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
– Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
